What is The Thrive Programme?
The Thrive Programme® is a transformative psychological training programme that teaches individuals how to establish a powerful mindset and equips them with the tools and resources to overcome any obstacles and hurdles that may arise in life, empowering them to Thrive.

What symptoms do you work with?
I will help you to understand exactly how you created and most importantly how you maintain your symptoms today. By getting to the root cause of your challenging mental health you can overcome it for good, rather than learning to live with it.

What is the structure of our sessions?
The Thrive Programme® usually consists of eight sessions, but this may vary depending on your specific learning style and goals. I will ensure that your individual needs are being satisfied throughout. We can discuss and agree on the ideal schedule for you during your initial consultation.
Occasionally, if I believe it would be beneficial, I will offer one off sessions. If we determine that you would benefit from an approach such as this.
At present, I run my practice completely online. From a coaching perspective, I believe that this approach is considerably more effective than face-to-face sessions. Research indicates that individuals are more relaxed in their own homes, which can enhance communication and information retention.
The individual sessions will typically last about an hour and will be conducted via Zoom. Throughout these sessions, we will explore all the fundamental concepts that are essential for you to Thrive.
How was the programme developed?
The Thrive Programme® offers a distinctive and collaborative approach that combines years of scientific research with extensive clinical experience, which is unique and effective for anyone.
This is not a therapy or treatment programme in which you are a passive recipient. Instead, you will feel empowered to take control of your life and make positive changes for yourself.
Learning these skills is crucial because they will stay with you throughout your life. My goal is for you to feel empowered to overcome future obstacles without needing to seek help from me again and again. I want you to feel confident in your ability to overcome challenges independently - that's the essence of Thriving.
